Wellness

Byron Bay is a haven for the body and soul. If you love natural remedies as much as I do, Bangalow Pharmacy is a charming spot for picking up herbal tinctures and wellness products. For something a little more specialized, I highly recommend Herb Remedy, where you’ll find a range of holistic remedies.

For a deeper sense of calm, head to SOMA for a meditation session with the wonderful Gary Gorrow. It’s a transformative experience that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

When you’re ready for some self-care, treat yourself to a bespoke beauty treatment at Aleshia Marie—she really knows how to pamper your skin! For the ultimate relaxation, visit Comma or The Banya for a day of luxurious spa treatments. You’ll leave feeling completely rejuvenated.

Treats

If you have a love for beautiful blooms, make sure you visit Stain. The floral arrangements there are like works of art!

For a little foodie indulgence, Manu’s Bangalow Alimentari is a cozy deli where you can grab artisanal delights. I'm obsessed with the pastries at Sunday Sustainable Bakery, and Masa Byron Bay is another gem if you’re craving freshly baked goods.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, head to Natural Ice-Cream in Brunswick Heads—it’s pure joy in a cone, with all-natural ingredients.

Eats

For those lazy afternoons or evenings, Luna Wine Store is the perfect place to pick up a beautiful bottle of natural wine. Or, if you’re in the mood to sip and stay, Bar Heather offers a curated selection of wines in an intimate, stylish setting.

If you love organic, healthy food, make sure to stop by Woods for a delicious, wholesome meal. And if matcha is calling your name, High Life serves the best matcha lattes in town.

For a more refined dining experience, I can’t recommend Raes Dining Room enough. The views and the food are equally breathtaking! For something cozy yet sophisticated, Bistro Livi is another great option, or you could head to Bangalow Tuckshop for a relaxed but delicious meal. If you’re in the heart of Byron, check out Moonlight for a beautifully crafted dinner that focuses on local ingredients.

Do's

Byron Bay has such a strong sense of community, and one of the best ways to experience that is at the local markets. The Byron Farmers Market is held every Thursday, and you’ll find the most incredible local produce, artisanal goods, and a warm, welcoming vibe. If you’re in the area on a Saturday, the Bangalow Farmers Market is also worth checking out—it’s a little smaller but equally delightful.

If you’re looking to add some Byron-inspired style to your home, check out Our Corner Store and Tigmi—both are full of unique and beautiful homewares that will remind you of this peaceful paradise.

For a quiet moment, head to Bacteria Books—it’s a lovely little bookstore where you can discover a new read for the beach. And don’t miss the art at Pack Gallery for a dose of creativity and inspiration.

To top it all off, if you’re in the mood for some outdoor fun with family, The Farm is a fantastic spot. It’s a working farm where you can wander, enjoy a meal, and get a sense of Byron’s deep connection to nature.
